HOME GUARDIAN
Home Guardian is a subscription-based home inspection and maintenance service that provides regular inspections and simple solutions for keeping your home in its best shape. Our top-to-bottom home inspections are performed by experienced professionals. We visit your home every quarter and provide crystal-clear directions for what needs to be addressed and repaired. We can even take it a step further and perform the repairs for you.

Tier 1: $99/month
Home Guardian will send our Home Technician to your home once a quarter. We go through a 23-point inspection checking many different maintenance items throughout the house. Examples would be, light bulbs, furnace filters, dryer vents, sump pumps, smoke detector batteries, roof, gutters, etc. Any general maintenance items that need to be addressed will be taken care of, both material (within reason) and labor, by our Home Technician while on site. Upon completion of the inspection, our Home Technician will walk through the checklist of items and explain his findings and what he did to address any items that were found to be in need of attention. You will then receive a copy of the report either via email or print based on preference.
Tier 2: $129/month
This includes all of tier 1 as explained above. It also includes1 hour of to-do items that you would like to have done around the house. This will take place at each quarterly inspection once the inspection is completed. We ask the list of to-dos be submitted a couple days in advance to make sure we have the items needed to complete the list. There may be additional costs for materials such as paint or plumbing parts for example. This will be communicated in advance of our visit.
Tier 3: $169/month
This includes all of tier 1 and tier 2 with the addition of 1 hour a month (in the months we are not already scheduled to be there) of to-do's.
**NOTE; if you are a Tier 2 or Tier 3 subscriber, you have the option to add additional hours of to-do at the time of service of your other visits, at $150 per hour
Snow Bird Option:
This is an option at $99/ per visit, if you are a subscriber to any of the other Tiers, where our home technician will walk through the house and check on all functions of the home while you are away; water in any location it should not be, frozen pipes, sump pump, function, roof leaking, furnace/Air conditioner is functioning, etc
